By accessing or using the GOMO mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

GOMO provides a technology platform that connects passengers with independent drivers for transportation services. We are a technology company, not a transportation provider.

Our services include:

• Ride booking and matching with drivers
• In-app payments and wallet services
• Real-time ride tracking
• Rating and review system
• Customer support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use GOMO, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using GOMO, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to transmit spam or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1 Fare Calculation

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges. Estimated fares are provided before booking but the final fare may vary based on actual route and conditions.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept wallet payments and cash. All wallet transactions are processed securely through our platform.

5.3 Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a ride after a certain period or after the driver has arrived at the pickup location.

6. Driver Terms

Drivers using GOMO must:

• Hold a valid driving license
• Maintain proper vehicle registration and insurance
• Pass our verification process
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Treat passengers with respect and professionalism

7. Limitation of Liability

GOMO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. The arbitration shall take place in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
