How do I create a GOMO account?
Download the GOMO app from the App Store or Google Play, enter your phone number, and follow the verification steps to create your account.
What cities is GOMO available in?
GOMO is currently available in Muzaffarabad and surrounding areas in Azad Kashmir. We are expanding to more cities soon!
How do I book a ride?
Open the app, enter your destination, choose your ride type, and tap "Request Ride". You'll be matched with a nearby driver.
2Payments & Wallet
How do I add money to my wallet?
Go to Wallet in the app, tap "Top Up", enter the amount, and choose your preferred payment method. Your balance will be updated after approval.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept wallet payments and cash. For wallet top-ups, you can use bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
How long does wallet top-up take?
Wallet top-ups are usually approved within 24 hours. You'll receive a notification once your balance is updated.
3During Your Ride
How do I contact my driver?
Once your ride is confirmed, you can call or message your driver directly through the app.
What if I left something in the car?
Contact us immediately at support@ridegomo.pk with your ride details. We'll help you connect with your driver.
How do I report a safety concern?
Use the SOS button in the app during your ride, or contact us at support@ridegomo.pk after your ride.
4Driver Questions
How do I become a GOMO driver?
Download the GOMO app, sign up as a driver, upload your documents (CNIC, license, vehicle registration), and wait for approval.
What documents do I need?
You'll need a valid CNIC, driving license, vehicle registration, and vehicle fitness certificate.
How do drivers get paid?
Drivers receive payment directly for each completed ride. Cash rides are collected directly, and wallet rides are transferred to your bank account weekly.
